Loukanikos sends a letter at Huffington Post!
The dog who was the person of the year for Time magazine and became a symbol of the protests of June 2011 sent a letter to the Huffington Post and "talked" about his life!
The journalist Samantha Marshall thought to write a letter on behalf of Loukanikos where the person of the year speaks about his life, his frustration on last June riots in Athens and his experiences from the riots and the chemicals of the riot police.

Loukanikos among TIME’s “Persons of the Year 2011″
Time Magazine revealed yesterday its choice to be Person Of The Year, the honor they give to the person, whether literal or abstract, to be the most influence over the course of events in the past year. This year’s honor was awarded to "the Protester"!
Editors explained that "In 2011, protesters didn’t just voice their complaints; they changed the world”
Among those protesters who fight for freedom and justice there is a special page is dedicated to Greece’s famous riot dog "Loukanikos".
Loukanikos, whose name comes from λουκάνικο (loukaniko - Greek for sausage), is a dog that has been present at nearly every protest in downtown Athens in the past few years. He has become the symbol of the Greek protests against the IMF and the EU backed austerity measures that are taking place in 2011!
